End of Tenancy Cleaning Task List

When you rent a property and move out, or you own one and rent it out or sell it, then booking an End of Tenancy Cleaning is compulsory. Our cleaning operatives will make sure the property condition is left up to the require standard.

Here is our standard End of Tenancy Cleaning task list:

Kitchen:

- all doors and door frames, skirting boards, windows;

- kitchen cupboards internally and externally;

- all kitchen appliances;

- all surfaces sanitized and polished;

- cobwebs removing;

- deep oven, hob, extractor cleaning;

- fridge internally and externally cleaned, freezer (to be refrigerated the day before) internally/externally cleaned;

- sink descaling, sanitizing and polishing;

- switches cleaned, door handles;

- bin emptied;

- floors vacuumed and washed.

Bathroom/WC Area:

- all sanitary units (wash basin, bath tube, shower unit, toilet bowl): descaled, washed and polished;

- mirrors, glass doors polished;

- windows and window frames cleaned;

- all surfaces cleaned and polished;

- floors vacuumed and washed.

Living, Dining Areas, Bedrooms, Hallways:

- polish skirting boards;

- clean all doors and door frames;

- clean internally windows and window frames;

- remove cobwebs;

- clean and polish all surfaces;

- move where possible furniture and clean beneath;

- clean and empty wardrobes;

- clear away any unwanted items and throw bins;

- vacuum floors and wash if necessary.
